Refund policy
Cella+Rose does not except returns or exchanges. All candles are final sale. Exchanges are accepted for damaged candles due to shipping and photos will be required for replacement. Stolen candles will not be replaced under any circumstance.
To start an exchange for a damaged candle, you can contact us at info@cellaandrose.com If your exchange is accepted with the proper documentation, a new candle/candles will be shipped within 7 days.

Exchanges for Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any item, unless damaged. If damaged, we will replace the item. Please see policy regarding replacement of item above.
Refunds
We do not process refunds.
